Proper Collection’s flagship heritage project is situated in a prime district of Ho Chi Minh City, Phung Khac Khoan street, District 1, close to many notable landmarks, embassies, and local eateries, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We are proud to preserve the architect of the villa which was designed in the 1960s and debuted as a heritage-focused property. The creative space will also offer a dedicated work & read area, where we will take our guests to the old Saigon.
